Developed recommendations for corporate restructuring and consolidation of sales/marketing functions of INSURx and SysteMed. Defined specifications for and managed implementation of electronic claims transaction interface with the National Electronic Insurance Corporation (NEIC). Completed design and programming of PC-based workers' compensation drug claim management system. Designed parameters for benefit structure of combined INSURx and SysteMed product. Implemented the assumption of all previously subcontracted operational product delivery services by internal resources.
